How contagious is jock itch?

my bf has jock itch....i'm concerned that he possibly could give it to me if he hasn't already...how contagious is it? what is the likelihood of getting it if you've had sex with the person? any info would help. thanks.

um yeah i can hold off. and i plan to...the question is that we've been having sex and he had it w/o knowing or realizing it....so whats the chances of me getting it...

you said he had jock itch without knowing or realizing it? yeah right. do you ever itch without knowing it? neither does he. if they wash that & bathe daily they wouldnt get a fungus, infections and god only knows what else.
