You will need an anti-fungal cream. i don't know dear Jock Itch is the common name for a fungus infection to the groin, upper legs, and perianal area in men. It can be treated with OTC medicine containing miconazole, clotrimazole, or tolnaftate. You need to keep the area as clean and dry as possible, changing your underwear if you sweat profusely. Wear loose, non-chafing clothes and treat with the anti-fungal. If you don't get any relief with in two weeks, see your doctor for a prescription for a stronger anti-fungal.
