Female problems--- Can a female get jock itch?

I am overweight, I admit. I tend to sweat very heavy between my thights. This keeps me very wet 24/*7, which is not good. I have tried feminie powders. I sweat so much that it just makes the powder beads up and then i end up with yeast infections. The sprays does help me either. I have gone to the dr several times andhe keeps giving me creams to cure. But even after the creams the symptoms come back about 2weeks later. No, i dont have a disease. I have been tested. What I have seems like jock itch in men. Can anyone help me or have experience this? It is vey irrating , embarassind, & costly. My skin is basically raw there and it make me ashamed with my boyfriend. i have not slept with him in about 2 months now because I cant seem to gets this under control.

When you are at home, don't wear underwear! Wear loose fitting clothes (with creams/powders for your pain and itch) and give your skin a rest. I never wear underwear, it's comfortable when I am in sweats and what not. If you can be completly nude!

have u tried gold bond? Wear only cotton panties during the day and if u can, try sleeping without anything at night.
