Is this normal.....? (about Jet Lag Symptoms) Please Help? |
I am normally fine, can always eat and snack well, but i have just come back from Las Vegas 2 days ago (8 hour time difference) and since then i have experienced: I also get a bit light headed Yes, I definitely get the symptoms of being very tired and feeling sick and hungry at the same time. Wikipedia says that symptoms include: Yes, everybody does. The light-headedness, tiredness, etc. is from not eating. Even if you don't have an appetite, eat healthy and drink lots of water. Sounds like jet lag to me. |

Definitely Melatonin. Take 6-9 mg prior to going to bed in the new time zone and repeat that every night you are there. As to diet, minimize protein prior to going to bed.
