You feel tired due to the fact that you traveled to a different time zone and your body clock doesn't adjust to it.

like you have not slept in 24 hours. Tired, heavy headed, dehydrated, discombobulated.

jet lag is where your body clock gets confused and your sleep cycle cant adjust to where you are, so you wake up or cant sleep at all.

if you sit down and concentrate on something still, and you feel like your head is swaying back and forth, then you have jet lag

i don't know. never flown before

You'll feel slow, lethargic, drained. Sometimes you can have aches, or general soreness and fatigue. Strangely, you can be overtired to the point that you can't sleep.

Dehydration is part of the cause, as is the disruption to your internal clock.

A stomach ache is usually not part of the deal.

Some people take melatonin at the hour they want to sleep (in the new time zone). It's the same coumpound your body uses to help regulate sleep.

Stomach pain or bellyache may be caused due to a problem in the organs in the abdominal region including digestive system, the liver, the gall bladder, pancreas, the appendix and the kidney. Minor problems like gastroenteritis can cause severe stomach pain, while fatal illnesses like cancer may cause only mild pain.
