Any cure for jet lag? |
It's almost 2.00 am and I have to work in 4 hours. This jet lag is killing me. Any suggestions? It takes one day to recover for each time zone you went through. Best thing is to take a tranquilizer... maybe half of one. It may be enough to get you to sleep. Don't take a sleeping pill. They'll knock you out for eight hours. Power napping! Set your alarm, sleep for as long as you can and let the alarm wake you up. If you repeat this your body will get use to it.It's a trick I learned in the service and still use. sleep |
