Curious,

Work out one evening Pacific time and take 2 pills of Melatonin after dinner. You should start getting your sleep cycle back.

Melatonin is a natural supplement available in stores like Whole foods and Trader Joes.

Hmmm, that is a tough one. I was going to suggest staying up all night but you have already tried that. I went to Greece for two weeks and I know what you are going through. However, about a week after my trip I was back into the normal time here in Ohio. I guess it is just going to take time to adjust. Sorry that I didn't help much but hang in there and i'm sure school won't be too much of a bother. You'll adjust soon!

ohh its gonna take some times befor you go back to normal you dont have to worry about it im sure youll get adjusted back to cali time i had that happend to me before it took me about 3to 4 weeks ...
