Help! i have jet lag!? |
I flew from minnesota to shanghai last nite and normally i'm ok the next morning but i feel super crappy! it's only 10 a.m. here and i only slept 4 hours last nite! what should i do? nap? no nap? i just went for a walk which was nice, but i'm dying! help! any tips would be great.... Try to adjust to the timings there, as hard as that may seem right now. If it is not night there, then don't sleep. You have to adapt to the timings, that's the only way you'll begin to feel better. This may take a day. No quick fix for jet lag. Just make sure, you sleep and eat at the right times.Don't sleep through the day. u should try to stay up until the people in shanghai usually go to sleep turn off all the lights and close all the shades / blinds whatever and sleep. just sleep and drink water........i don't have jet lag because i eat too much sugar XD Take 1 melatonin tablet, the kind that go under your tongue and do it for 2 nights before you go to bed. It's great for jet lag. I just got back from B.C. and it helped me alot. Good luck. |
