| *Home>>>Jet Lag |
I've got jet lag - didn't sleep on the flight, and only got 4 hours the night before - fight, or sleep? |
my eyes are swimming in my head. the idea of staying up til 8 or 9 or 11 is a horror to me at the moment. Ater a jetlag, it's the best to get used to the rythm of the place you're residing in, so try to stay awake til 9 or so ERM...sleep???What do you think! Go to bed! you get jet lag if you fly east to west or west to east most people aren't affected unless its like a 5 or 6 hour time difference Sleep. Just sleep when you're tired. It took me about a week to recover from jet lag, every time I laid down I fell asleep. Sleep is the easier way to recover. |
