How does one shrug off jet lag in the quickest possible time? |
How does one shrug off jet lag in the quickest possible time? stay awake until the local bedtime and then go to bed and get up like you normally would. This should get you on the local timetable in no time. have a nap then get to normal life I try to keep up with the time in the new time zone. Turn in early (new time zone). But it takes 1 hour of jet lag a day to adjust. I heard one way is to get out in the sun - this helps your body readjust its clock to match the new time zone |
