What is the best remedy for jet lag?

What is the best remedy for jet lag?

Surround yourself with people who will keep you awake until it's nighttime at the new destination. Just don't lounge around in bed or on the couch cause you'll end up falling asleep. Keep yourself busy so you won't have time to think about being tired.

stay up a full day (even if it is hard) then go to sleep around 9 or 10 local time. in the morning you should be good to go.

Acupuncture is the best way to remedy jet lag.
Find a good doctor who can help.
Good luck!

My friend Ambien.

Change to the destination hour before getting on the plane, then force yourself through out the flight to your new hour, even when others around you are sleeping or awake. Get yourself a sleep mask and ear plugs for the flight.
