Does exercising help fight jet lag problems? |
Does exercising help fight jet lag problems? I have found that exercising does help jet lag problems. It keeps your mind off being tired and get's you energized. Go for a jog, work out with a dvd (or video), or just keep yourself busy. Good Luck!! I have traveled all over Europe and back to the states a few times in the past year, and jet lag was a huge problem for me in the beginning! Depends on the time of day and length of flight. |
