Sleepsless in seatle.... or florida?


well i got back from california a week ago and i still have TERRIABLE jet lag. no matter what i do i cant fall asleep! tylonol PM dosent even work. this is espically bad since i am currently in school. what should i do?

Meditate before you sleep. Doing it for only a few minutes will help your mind become calm.
