How Do I Change My Sleeping Schedule??


heres the problem....it was a school holiday for 2 months....i used most of the time in games and internet....so i thought why not use the computer in the morning....i kept awake in the morning for 2 months...and kept getting a hang over in the afternoon.Now school's gonna start and i can't seem to sleep in the night....some people call this Jet Lag i presume right?? How Do I solve this habit of mine??

It's kinda tough to change it quickly, but what most people normally do, is start going to bed about 1/2 to 1 hour earlier each night until you get to the time you need. Good luck.

Start by getting a lot of outdoor light, or indoor if it's bad weather. Then go to bed earlier. It will take a few nights, but you'll make it.

Try benedryl or Kava-Kava before you go to sleep to help you fall asleep.

Or, you could try Melatonin to help regulate your sleep cycle.

Usually, the best solution, is to stay up all night long - then after 24 hours, go to sleep at a normal time, but then you must get up on time, no matter how tired you are. Do this for 2 days and you should be fine. Just remember, you will be tired a couple of days, but it's the quickest way to cure "jet lag"
