HELP! Can't fall asleep n need some tips on how fall asleep asap!? |
Ok so I def. have some jet lag, but I also just cant fall asleep ne ways that someone can help? Rum. The best thing for jet lag is a pill called melatonin i think thats how you spell it because it adjusts ur brain time also what also helps since ima frequent traveler is take a hot shower that always makes me sleepy late night Turn your computer off so that the humming noise it makes and the light from the screen wont annoy you. Any generic sleep medication should help. Simply sleep is good ( it's a tylenol product, but without the tylenol). Basically anything with dyphenhydramine. 50mg is sufficient. But be sure you have at least 6 hours to dedicate to sleep or you will be super groggy in the am. there are a lot of little things you can do like don't eat an hour before going to bed or don't use your bed for anything other than sleep so that your body associates your bed as a sleeping only place also if you have a TV or a phone or anything like that in your room take them out - I don't know why or how this works but it does! try a good grade of melatonin from a health food store. listen to classical or jazz music. |
