So tired....?


I need help withsomething, I just came back from Taiwan after 2 months. I am having "Jet lag" yesterday I thought it was cured but.... I slept at 11 and woke up at 3 in the afternoon. I think Im missing my family too much... but who knows any good tips to cure "jetlag?"

Did you say you sleep at 11pm or 11am?

If you feel sleepy in the daytime, try not to stay at home. Make sure you don't sleep in the daytime, even you are sleepy. I usually go out shopping till the end of the day, exhausted, and go to bed at 10pm, wake up at 5 am next morning. After a couple of days, you'll be fine.

Next time, try to adjust your sleep hours when you're on the plane. If your plane arrives in the evening, don't sleep on the plane for the last few hours. Vice versa, if your plane arrives in the morning, get lots of sleep during the last few hours before the plane lands. It always works for me.

Rest and a good balanced diet. Call the family and then get on with your life!

Lots and lots of water. The biggest cause is dehydration. Sleep it off too and eat well. Then you'll recover really fast.
