Intense diarreha/ vomitting/ exhaustion?

I'm on vacation in London from Boston. 2 days of being fine, I got terrible diarreha that comes quickly and with little warning. Later on I began to vomit a lot too. I called my mother and she told me it was probably either a flu or jet lag and it would go away within 24 hours but it's been 4 days now and it's gotten to a point where I am vomitting water and my diarreha is a bright yellow and mushy. I've probably slept about 72 hours but I'm still completely exhausted too and I have an 8 hour plane ride home tomorrow! Does anyone have any idea what this is/ what caused it / how to get better?

this could be due to change of diet. you must get medication for that if it is too severe. mean while, take lots of fluids especially that contains salt and sugar, this will help in ionic balance.

It could be food poisoning! Based on your consistent, unrelenting symptoms you should get to an urgent care facility to get this checked out and treated. At the very least, you need an anti-emetic (like phenergan) to help with the vomiting and diarrhea. Good luck and hope you feel better!

Sounds like food poisoning...Really tires you out. But ur case seems really bad, and i reallllyyy think you should see your doctor when u return.
