Can the unuse testosterone brought to jaundice?

I know some side-effects of anabolic steroids, and these are the shrinking of liver, jaundice and many more.
I am curios does the natural steroids in our body could brought these said side-effects if it is not use. Example of it is jaundice, because we have a natural anabolic steroids in our body and we call these testosterone.

Drugs, alcohol etc pass through the liver. Liver is a port. It is bound to be affected by these extraneous compounds.
