What is the posible diagnosis of jaundice and occational abdominal cholic in a 5 months old baby?


5 months old baby with jaundice from first week of life and occational abdominal cholic in the early hours of the morning in nigeria.AST 89iu, ALT 20iu,ALP 209iu.Bilirubin (tot.)218umol/l and conjugated fraction is 191umol/l.
Previous laboratory results a month ago showed AST142iu,ALT 52iu.Bilirubin(tot)168.3umol/l with conjugated fraction of 160.3.Baby has appropriate weight for age,has normal gall bladder with slightly enlarged liver from abdominal ultrasound scan report.
