About jaundice? |
My bro's bilrubin values are 19.8 mg/dl. The reference range given in the report is given 0.2-1.2. He gets a lot of itching during night. Can anyone tell the diet he should take and reduce the bilrubin values easily. Itching with a high bili level is a sign of pancreatic problems. Diet won't solve anything. Go to the doctor. The number one thing that he can do is get lots of sunlight. If he can't get that, going to a tanning bed would help. Ultraviolet light (like sunshine or tanning bed light) will help reduce the bilirubin count. |
