Itching..?

I'm 13 weeks pregnant, I had my STD battery done everything was neg. I just went back again b/c i have this vaginal itching, my yeast was neg. bacterial infect. neg....std's neg....Urine clean----why am I itching?? any other possibilities???? I don't wear thong panties or any thing like that....can someone help so i can ask my ob what else they might want to look for??

I do use Summer's Even feminine wash, but I've stopped, and the itching still continues.....it's driving me insane!!

have u changed your soap or laundry detergent?

Could be a new soap/body wash you're using....

i don't know what it is, but try and wear cotton panties, so you're skin can breathe. it might go away on its own.

A possibility that comes to mind is the excess of hormones causing teh itching.

u know my ex employer had the same problem, she had an itch and turned to rash, she said that her ob told her that it was her amniotic fluid that was causing it, she said he gave her something for it but it hardly worked, it was just something she had to endure thru out her pregnancy.

if you clean yourself out to often down there and muscular itch can develop. Since you are pregnant, it could also be the you are sensitive enough to be feeling your nerve endings rerouting, if this is the case pressure should help for a short time.

Regardless though, if the tests were neg. then it is a waiting game for a couple weeks, before you can make your OB look deeper.

It's possible that it could be your laundry detergent. Or if you use fabric softener. You could be allergic. Try using a detergent. Try trying a non allergenic brand. Also change the soap you use to a nonfragrance kind, like dove.
