Be sure to rinse yourself off as much as possible before getting out of the shower. Just so you know this is more than likely NOT scabies. If you don't have insurance I would suggest you do as much research as you can on the internet this was a good start. Now. have a normal shower and then at the end turn all the hot water off so that the water is cold and stand there for 20 seconds yes cool to cold water is best and mild soap and another thing doctors say is most people shower to often they say showering everyday is to much. Now obviously if you do physical labor or sweat a lot you have to shower maybe twice a day if necessary but the average person they say does not need to shower everyday especially if you have a dry skin problem. Well If Its An Itch On 1part Of The Body I don't know about the shower thing, but I itch all the time. Especially at night. Benydryl works best for me, I take it before bed when I'm itchy. One thing though, if benydryl makes you drowsy don't take it during the day. Are you shaw that neither bone of you have had an extra marital sexual relationship, as the itchiness may-be crabs! Could be hard water. Look into water softening attachments for your shower..it helps to filter out minerals normally present in treated water, such as calcium, magnesium, and chlorine. You both have jock itch. Rub each other down vigorously with Absorbine Jr. It's an allergy to something, try metametasone cream. And Benadryl pills. |
