Itching of palm and foot bottom? |
recently about 2 months ago I start having some really nasty itches in my palm. here in Belize there is an old wives tail that when that when your right palm itches it is because you will get money shortly ;-) and when your left palm itches you will spend oney unfortunately i have gotten no money and i guess the left palm balanced it out lol...BUT a later realized ( i think) the cause is rusting(raw) metals. I noticed that whenever i would mess around with my dog chain to untangle him or walk him, i would get the itches like10 minutes later. I also noticed at work it sometimes happen and realized that I was moving some old metal file cabinets. there is no rash or anything that looks different about my hand and feet..it just looks normal..but itches like hell periodically...what i do to remedy it is hold a piec of ice wherever it itches, and that ussually stops it Could be, but do you have a rash or just an itch? I have had this type of itch. No rash, no redness - nothing but itching. Only on my feet and mostly in the evening. it usually goes away within an hour or eases up so I don't really notice it after awhile. A few times this itching seemed a little like tingling. I get those systems when I'm having an allergic reactions. If I don't take Benadryl right away, I end up puking my guts out and falling asleep. I'd take an allergy pill. 50% of people never find out what they are allergic to (I'm one of them.) lots of ppl are allergic to certain metals. also, you may have exzema triggered by the allergy. try hydrocortizone cream, if that doesnt work, take a benedryl. You need to get to a dr. and get checked for syphilis. One of the symptoms is itching on foot bottoms and palms. As written on Medicinenet : |
