Itching - Itching - Itching! Its driving me crazy!?

I dont know what the heck is up but I started itching 2 days ago its gotten so bad Ive ripped my skin on my hand. Im using the same detergent and fab softner as I always have, and this is the strange part - I only get the itchies when Im at work.. 2 days ago I worked at our back up location its pretty much a dump and thats where the itching began I figured maybe something in the office was irritating me, when I got home I was fine - now Im at our primary site (completely different location) this office is clean and very nice but within 1/2 hour of being here the itching started again. When I showered I used my regular soap and drenched myself in lotion and of course I was fine at home now im ready to rip my skin off - any ideas? And the itching happens in zones only certain areas like my arms and shoulders and above my knee caps. what the heck?

omg I never thought of it being a mind thing but I have been having issues with my schedule at work and ive been feeling very down when I have to come in...

Your job is stressing you out or something in your job is causing you to stress. I used to have this and the palms of my hands would itch like fire. I couldn't scratch them enough. My boss told me a little trick. She said to use the power of positive thinking...just think in your mind that it doesn't itch and force yourself to believe it. I was soooo skeptical.
