Why is it itching 'down there'? - ONLY LADIES.? |
I am a recently married woman. For the last few days, my feminine organ is itching a lot. It does not continue all the time...some times it itches and then stops. It is very difficult to stop from scratching when it itches and is becoming a cause for big embarassment for me. Many times the itching starts when I am in the bus/road and I have to touch that area in public. What is thrush? Please let me know what medicine? see,if you want a remedy,then its simple.........just apply coconut oil to that area daily before going to bed.in about 2 days you 'll find that the itching has gone.but if the problem still persists,then you 'll have to visit a doctor.the cause of the itching can be any vaginal infection also.if you have seen any white discharge [a white sticky substance] then its surely some infection.if you are shy,visit a good lady gynaec.it will surely help you. Sounds like a simple case of thrush to me. In that case you do not have to see a doctor, you can go to a pharmacy and get over-the-counter medication for it. It might be an idea to speak to the pharmacist privately first but from the sounds of it, it does sound like thrush. Maybe your husband gave you a venerrial disease. Check your doctor. Devika, it is embarassing for all of us to have to go the doctor for our examines, but that is exactly what you need to do. The causes for the symptoms are many and you need to see a doctor to determine exactly what is wrong. It may be something as simple as a yeast infection but the only way to be sure is to see your doctor. Do you have a woman friend or relative that you can discuss this with and might be able to go with you? Please do not let this go untreated. Sounds to me like you may have a yeast infection. Go get you some Monostat cream from your local pharmacy. It is sold over the counter. Use it as directed. If that does not help you, then I suggest seeing your OB/GYN. lots of women get thrush. It can be caused by taking antibiotics, tight underwear, a reaction to soap or something but its pretty harmless .... except it will drive you crazy itching and feels uncomfortable ... Do not delay it could just be something small and silly but your thoughts and condition can only be put to rest by a doctor. Can you go see a woman Dr.? Don't forget to pee after you have sex, everytime... it'll prevent an infection. Cranberry juice helps to prevent infection also. Try to drink a cup of it a day or you can buy it in capsule form. (However peeing after sex and cranberry juice are preventatives and won't clear up the infection if you already have one.) Do not take any medicine without consulting a doctor. The medicin may solve your problem, but will creat another side efect. so visit a lady doctor, no problem with that. when u will become pregnant you have to show your private organs to doctors, so dont worry for that. use for,There are many itch creams. Go to a pharmacy buy some and try them. Read the labels before purchase, to be used as, internal or external application. There are plenty, and they are used to seeing people with that same problem ALL the time, so although it feels odd and embarrassing to you, they won't bat an eyelid and you needn't feel any embarassment at all. Chances are though, it may be to do with your husband's hygiene of his own provate parts, in which case you may need to discuss it with him, but i would suggest going to a female doctor as a first step.
