What could be causing my severe itching? |
For a couple months now I have had a lot of problem with my skin itching. The itching is more prominent on my upper arms, torso, scalp and legs. There's no itching on my palms or the bottom of my feet, and little to no itching on my forearms or groin. Before I read further that you state you've been to a doctor, I was going to say scabies. I don't know anyone who has suffered the same problem but - you don't shower? No baths or showers for weeks? Maybe it's dead skin cells irritating you. Showering often is important to keep your skin healthy. Sometimes, the skin gets dried up and they get itchy. Put on some moisturizing lotion. and for your health, taking a shower more often will improve your hygiene as well as removing some of the dead skin cells and dirt on the skin that have collected there for a long time. |
