Scrotum Itching with crawling sensation?

I have been having the problem of groin itching for years and been treated for fungus.Moving from Allopathy, siddha to Ayurvedic the problem is controlled and stopped at SCROTUM ITCHING, DRY, SKIN PEEL LIKE DANDRUFF. At times it is unbearable. But believe me that on applying any oil (coconut oil particularly) the itching stops instantaneously. Also i must confess that while soothing the itch....you feel that you are in heaven but.......difficult to remove the hands from function. Have been using some siddha medicine with sulphur formula. Some time back when the skin peel sample was taken, it proved that there is no fungus. Could any one help to stop the itch totally?

ah sounds like a staff infection thats recurring. u maybe a carrier. strong antibiotic will cure. go to a dermatologist. do not try gasoline lmfao.

even though no known fungus was found a good jock itch cream will help or blue start ointment. Sounds like morgellons .Feels like worms ? or bugs? i loved the answer about gasoline, but have you tried using just regular dandruff shampoo? i know when my kids were babies, the doctor said to use it for cradle cap. but then again, maybe you're just playing with it so much you're rubbing the skin off.
