Itching down south for the ladies? |
I have been itching around my vagina for a few days now. I never had any type of infections before. I have no discharge, no foul smells or anything out of the ordinary. People are gonna answer that you have a yeast infection, and some will say you have an std, etc. But the real answer can only be given to you by a dr. after they have examined you. I have the exact same problem right now actually. It has been a week now, and vagisyl has helped sooo much, but the itching keeps coming back. I know it is not a yeast infection cuz I did the 3 day monistat treatment, and that didn't do nothing but actually made the itching worse! And I know I do not have an std, cuz I too, only have one guy. I have no other symptoms either. Have you changed your laundry soap recently or used a diff soap? That is what some asked me. I hope you find some relief, and I hope I do too. Men are soooo lucky to have no problems! The itching can sometimes be a symptom of yeast infection (an example only). The only way to know for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on. I have had yeast infections with out the discharge, not all people get the same symptoms. You should get it checked out just for safety sake and so you really know how to treat. |
