Annoyed by Itching at NIGHT , weird.?

I have this serial of itchness and the weird thing is, it happens every night. I tried to figure out what has caused this but I simply couldn't. I went to a hospital at 3am once because the itch broke out and I couldn't take it. She just gave me a cream to apply and some pills to take. It has been 3 weeks from there and the itching still has not persist. It has nothing to do with my body foam becasue I have been using it for a month and on the day I had this itch, I ate my usual meals, the same food... Weird... I have sun my bed and pillow as well... Argh, Im itching badly right now... Do I need to take an injection?

Couple of possibilities.
Bed bugs is one.

check these two sites to see if anything looks familiar.
Other possibilities include...extremely dry skin, contact dermatitis and a wide range of skin problems.
I get itchy at night sometimes due to having dry skin. Its usually a small area that wakes me in the night. I have to make sure to stay ultra moisturized in the winter otherwise its a nightmare.
If you don't find bed bugs to be the issue...see a dermatologist.

start with a local dermatologist...........or you may have a reaction to a soap powder, fabric softener etc.

Well i go through the same thing...I've learned that during the winter months the skin dries out really bad...And to top it off lotoins help...but not alot...i was told that during the winter months do not take steamy hot showers.. this willseriously dry your skin out. By doing this and using lotion helps..for the itch that won't go away..slap some lotion it that has shea butter in it...that will help..also may try to take a benedryl too...gets your mind of the itch and on to resting...sleep well..hope this helps :o)

Why don't you get a new bed? I would get a new bed before I would let them pump me full of drugs. Figure out the cause of the itching in order to get better, don't just treat the symptoms!!! BUY a New BED, sounds like you are allergic to the one you have now.

Apply apple cider vinegar to the itching skin with a dry cloth. After some time, the itching will stop. Alternately apple cider vinegar can be added to the bath water.More cheap and natural remedies for itching at the link below.
