Extreme non stop itching?

I am 13 years old. I have no allergies that i know off and i am very healthy. The past 2 weeks i have being getting extreme non stop itching from my body. My mom tried to change the lotion and soap that i use. Still same thing. It is night while im typing this and i am getting this non stop itching. To make it even worse i got fcat to take tommorrow :(. Plz someone help me this is urgent this itch caused me 2 nights of restless sleep gonna be 3. My parents made a apointment to doctors on friday but itch is iresistable.

Get some calamine lotion. It might help. Also, you can get a small dose of benedryl and take it at night only. Get a 25 mg capsule or pill. I had this problem when I was a teenager and didn't know what to do. It just might be nerves. Get some Aveno products and bathe or shower with that. They have good stuff for allergies, etc. Good luck!!

one thing that i can recommend you is not to let your skin remain dry, apply a good moisturizer immediately after you take bath. you can apply curd on your body instead of any bath soap. i know it will smell a bit foul and for this, do not wear clothes for some time after bath and let the smell to fade away.

this will help you a lot as curd on your skin will highly relax you from itching again and again. it is a natural moisturizer.
