Any news on irritable bowel syndrome?any cure? best treatments? |
my father has irritable bowel syndrome, and he says it is making his life a living hell. Does anyone have any news on that? I suffer from IBS as well and although many different choices on how to challange this are out there, I have battled it with natures sources. There are so many different point of views out there, but I believe that it is different for each person. I have been taking a Gastro Bundle from Jigsaw Health and it has done wonders for me. I was directed to this through some others that suffer and it has really helped me. Not sure if this might help, but just passing on something that has made IBS a little more manageable in my life. I hope that your dad finds something that gives him the hope I have. It is a pain in the @ss IBS isn't serious and is treatable. I suspect your father is looking for attention. Spend a little quality time with him. My mum also has serious problems with IBS, but it seems to be triggered by/due to different things in different people. get "Digestral "at www.micronutra.com and believe me this is the best answer at this point. There is a lot of infomation about this medicine all over the internet, give it a go.Ibs is very serious because its very difficult to live with and your father is'nt looking for attention he is suffering,so get the medicine a.s.a.p.in the meantime download testimonials and product information to give him something to look forward to, your father needs to get out of the Ibs hell.even if Ibs is stress related "Digestral is better than anything the GP can give you and it will not stop working after a few months ,because it's made as a cure and not just something to help with symptoms. stay away from wheat and wheat products... stay away from green/red/yellow peppers... stay away from pork.. My husband has it. Stress triggers it and makes it worse. He found peppermint oil pills help him. (He gets wicked cramps and diahrrea). I think it is hereditary because his mother has it too. Unfortunately still no cure. Unless we know the exact cause, we can't find a cure. Isaphgol husk can help whether constipation or diarrhea is predominant. Stress should be managed. some medicines also help which only a doctor can prescribe. Probiotics and digestive enzymes can help many people. But so can just simply staying away from foods that upset you. (See the link below for a list of common trigger foods.) Although I have no link to post, I do really think that the last post is the best advice! My doctor made me keep a log and it really helped eliminate the wrong foods and marked some foods that elevated the symptoms. The probiotics are a must for me, as well as flax seed. I don't order mine through jigsaw health, but I do take them. I was surfing the web and found this article. I think it will help you out a lot. |
