Do I have irritable bowel syndrome??

I'm now in 10th grade. Ever since the month I first started 7th grade, my bowels have been strange. I go #2 (aka i 'crap') multiple times each day, and I never quite feel like I'm getting all the 'waste' out. It's really embarrasing because I'm always having to take craps when my friends are over at my house, and when I'm at their houses and stuff! Some days are worse than others...

I really want to live with roomates when i graduate, but in my head this is like a good reason for me NOT to do that! Like, I wouldn't want to share a bathroom with anyone else!

I know people are gonna say 'go to the doctor, go to the doctor'. But me and my mom have a strange relationship, and I just wouldn't be able to tell her about this and get her to take me. Plus she'll be like "it's been THREE years?! why'd you wait so long..." and crap like that.
Do you guys think I have irritable bowel syndrome?! Is there anything I can add to my diet or anything else I could do to make this any better?

The lion with bad breath has devoured the gazelle that stopped to make frequent waste. So gazelles eat properly, and live longer lives. Grasshopper, if your diet is not in sync with your turd cutter they will dishonor themselves and you. Seek advice from those trained in such matters. The affairs of the dookie shoot will bring dishonor to your name, and a foul aroma to your house.

Get on the internet and do a search on the subject. Also, if your still not satisfied, just type in your web browser something like multiple bowel movements symptoms. You may have to pick from numerous sites but I feel you'll find your symptoms somewhere there. Also, Web Md is a highly respected site.

I have irritable bowel. Adding fiber to your diet is important. I use ground flax seed meal <keep it refrigerated> and put it in yogurt. Eat enough fruit and vegetables and avoid soda and sugary stuff. Adding magnesium is important too, but don't add it too fast or you could get diarrhea. I have started taking L-glutamine, an amino acid, lately. I have bad cramping and pain from the IBS and it has helped with that practically overnight. L-glutamine should be taken on an empty stomach.

I hope some of these suggestions helpyou.
I have had this problem for over twenty years.
