glad to be of help. Report It

Three things: Fiber. Fiber. Fiber.

as IBS could be very personalized its diet can be personalized as well.. but in general u shoud decrease ur intake of coffe, coke, fatty foods, soar foods!! the rest is trial failure!! by the way exessive fibers make my colon worse!!

> dietary fiber may lessen IBS symptoms, particularly constipation.

> Whole grain breads and cereals, fruits, and vegetables are good sources of fiber. High-fiber diets keep the colon mildly distended, which may help prevent spasms.

>Drinking six to eight glasses of plain water a day is important, especially if you have diarrhea.

>Large meals can cause cramping and diarrhea, so eating smaller meals more often, or eating smaller portions, may help IBS symptoms.

>Eating meals that are low in fat and high in carbohydrates such as pasta, rice, whole-grain breads and cereals, fruits, and vegetables may help.

avoid oily or spiecy food. lighter the better. curd, rice etc are ok. you can try soda.it suits me. venegar is ok.have a banana. avoid grapes.

listen to your own body, chease generaly plugs me up.take walk in the woods, with some toilet paper, being in nature, can bring about regularity, animals can go, so the go vibe is in the woods, a ocasional colon cleaning , can bring back a smile to your face, the colon for me is were my .SADNESS IS STORED , and after cleaning it out, i can sing again, and be happy .
