Whats the best way to beat IBS syndrome (Irritable bowel syndrome)?

Fiber works in some cases. It depends on your individual case. I am not a doctor, but I would try altering your diet first...

eat plenty of jalapenos and spicy stuff. :)

don't eat fast food

zanac

Exercise and avoid bad spices like chilli. Funnily enough both black pepper and cummin are good for our tummies. I read all the books the library had on it. Oh, and alchohol is way bad for it. Mustard is good. Apart from that just eat nice wholesome foods like the government advises.

From What I have read, eating the right foods and eliminating or minimizing the wrong ones is your best way to beat IBS.

Find out if you have any food allergies. Sometimes eliminating glutens can help.

I would like to help you with this with the offer of a FREE online consult. Please see my page http://www.jentleearthhealing.com
This is not a solicitation but a genuine offer of free help.
Yahoo has accused me of this in the past because I offer to help people free and I want to point out clearly that there is no profit for me in this offer of help.
