Constant Headache/Nausea and Irregular Heartbeat/Shallow Breathing?

I'm 16 years old. I have irregular heartbeats daily, some times 3 or 4 times, no matter if I'm standing, sitting, or lying down... and this started about a year ago and has gotten progressively frequent. I get headaches at least three times a week, but this past week, I had a constant headache for about 5 consecutive days, with occasional nausea. Today, I have had a lightly metallic taste in my mouth. Also, I haven't gotten more than 3 hours straight sleep in the past 3 or 4 days. I'm tired as hell and feel like I have a lump of something in my throat, which is causing shallow breathing. I've gone to the doctor a couple of times in the past 6 months for similar experiences and my blood work was perfect, but I'm wondering if my doctor's not telling me everything... I have asthma, so she blames all my symptons on that, so I want a second opinion. HELP!! please, be credible.

I had the same thing
it was a combination of too much caffine and having MVP
so if you are consuming alot of cokes, etc. ~ stop
and if you continue to have these symptoms get a second opinion
