What causes irregular heartbeat in toddler while asleep?

Listened to my toddler's heart beat during the night and it sounded irregular. Does deep breathing or dreaming affect the rythym of her heart? Should I be concerned? She is a healthy child with no symptoms.

Children normally have an irregular heartbeat, it's not unusual for them. But, to ease your mind, call her pediatrician.
