Irregular heartbeat pulse?

I've been having this problem for at least 2 days now, where at some times during the day my heart beat irregurarly, like a sudden pulse and sometimes it happen on for like a minute, its like t,t,t,t t-t.t,t,t,t-t,t,t,t,t-t,, the beat like that but only sometimes or when i start to excercise and do work. Stuff that requires the body more energy than normal, I'm 16 years am about 6'1 and weigh about 235. Also I recently started dieting, staying away from sugars and drinking lots of water, could this have something to do? someone please explain.

Also I have no signs of trouble breathing and sleeping at night. It's been a very annoying issue to me lately.

sounds to me like PACs, premature atrial contractions. It's usually not anything to worry aboutunless it is associated with certain things like CHF or COPD. PACs can occur in healthy hearts. If you suffer from asthma, brochitis you should get it checked.
