I am feeling faint and have an irregular heartbeat... shoulld i just take aspirin and lie down ?

go to the ER right now better yet call 911!!!!!

NO aspirin... drink water or juice and stay seated... put your head between your knees for 30 seconds and control your breathing. Sit back up and drink more fluid. Eat something too. Sounds like you might pass out... I hate that feeling- it happened to me once. If it persists for more than an hour, go to the doctor asap.

How well did you sleep last night? Are you possibly dehydrated? Have you eaten? If YOU cannot figure out why you may be feeling this way, call someone, or go to the emergency room.

Make sure you have been eating and drinking properly ... one time I passed out just from being dehydrated.

If it doesn't get better quickly, have a friend drive you to the E.R., or call 911.
