Iron tablets?

Okies im wondering if Iron tablets is to do with people that may look ill or just pale on the face from reason of not eatingw ell or eating junk food.. Is Iron meant to make the face look healthier like redish face rather then looking like pale ill for no reason?

I brought one which is call IRON 24mg

I dont no if this is any good i just brought.

My face looks like un healthy abit.. looks like i havnt been eatingw ell.. tho i do eat alot... but i geus i just dont get much sun because im always inside the house..

Will this iron 24mg is good? is this strong or light? will it make my face look ehalthier or does it has nothing to do with that?

Tho i know if i was to take vitamin and supplument tablets that just give me energy boost
But what will the IRON actually do on a 30yo male ?

Im curiosity to know because i dont no if i even brought the right thing... tho i dont see much differents just abit.. but thats because im home alot doing nothing same time. 1 tablet a day.

it contains 30tablets in it.. its by ORGANIC brands

Iron 24mg

So dont no if there is anything higher or shouldnt go higher then 24mg...

Unless again 24mg is little.

Aniways im curiosity about it. But i havnt notice much differents i just eat from healthy food to junk food mix days but i just dont understand why i look unleahty on the face...... its like i havnt been eating at all.. its not as serious as you think but its some what like that i gues.... So thought iron will make my face healthy unless its just something to give me energy instead and not the face.

Its embaresing people look at me how pale i am... making me feel nervours because people look at me sometimes when walking by..

So im close to finish 27 day.. it contains 30tablets. not much diferents on me i dont think..... i dont no.. But if i was to buy another 30tablets of iron 24mg might just be far too much for anyone like me.. Who know

your comment will be preciated. i will rate 5 stars for good info

Iron supplements can only help you if you are actually low in iron. It's the same with any supplements. If you do have a low iron count this could make you pale and tablets may help, but if it's just your natural colour then the iron can't fix this. Do you eat red meat at least 3 times per week? This is also a great source of iron. If you are low in iron you may also experience breathlessness as a result of not enough oxygen getting around your body when exerting yourself. Taking iron tablets can cause constipation so use a brand that is slow release and make sure you eat plenty of fibre. Vitamin C also helps your body absorb iron so a glass of juice at the same time as an iron rich meal is ideal.

Iron tablets are good it will increase your hemoglobin in your blood.......it will make you healthy.....this strength 24mg is OK quite mild....take one a day right after your meal...that should work fine

Iron helps if you are anemic. You are suppose to have a certain about of iron in you blood if you have less it can make you tired. In the future use spell check please.
