Can iron cause trouble sleeping? |
I was taking a multivitamin with no iron in it, and I was sleeping fairly well. I then started taking one with iron, and I've been getting up a few times every night. If anything it should help you sleep better. Iron helps your blood carry oxygen, which if you are getting more oxygen easily, you will sleep deeper since you body is working less hard.
