Iron foods? |
Well i visited my doctor yesterday and he says i have Iron deficiency in my diet so guys please suggest me some foods which i could eat on regular basis to increase the iron intake in my body . thanks Spinach, lean red meats including beef and pork, tuna, salmon, shrimp, clams, beans incuding soy beans and lentils, iron fortified whole grains and pastas, tofu, broccoli, asparagus, parlsey, watercress, chicken, turkey, nuts, egg yokes, raisins, dried apricots, prunes and dates. A quick search using your search engine (wonderful tool!) would have given you a ton of information...
