What disease a person who feels intestinal pain and and having a LBM. and got a bloody waste?

For three days the person thought that she got Low Bowel Movement then she feels very sick like fever and now she has a waste (poo) of blood.. and its some sort of a solid blood.

the fact that she has a fever, is not good - she needs to go see a Dr. TODAY. the sooner the better. there a variety of things that could be going on - from something pretty simple to life threatening.
I wish her the best.

Needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. The blood is not good. They could bleed out internally.

It could be colon cancer, but I hope I am wrong. Don't waste time on this web site, get your "butt" to the doctor like yesterday!!!

Hi Travis

Its impossible to say exactly what is wrong here but you have already given enough information to make it obvious that your friend needs to see a doctor urgently. Dont delay please - she needs to be checked over today !!!

Hope this helps

She needs to see a Dr. This could be many many things and only a Dr. can diagnose it. She could have appendicitis (unlikely), colitis or Crohn's disease and any other major illness. It could also be minor like an irritated hemorrhoid that is bleeding or a tear in the rectal wall. Call the Dr. NOW!

The following medical conditions are some of the possible causes of Bloody stool. There are likely to be other possible causes!
External hemorrhoids
鈥揕ocated below the pectinate line
鈥揟ypically painful
Internal hemorrhoids
鈥揕ocated above the pectinate line
鈥揟ypically not painful, unless thrombosis
occurs
Pregnancy
鈥揢p to 35% of pregnant females will develop hemorrhoids around the time of delivery, with most cases occurring after a vaginal delivery and/or a prolonged labor
Condylomata acuminatum (genital warts)
Rectal prolapse
鈥揈xternal protrusion of the rectum
鈥揅omplete prolapse versus partial full thickness prolapse versus prolapse of mucosa only
鈥揚artial rectal prolapse or mucosa-alone rectal prolapse is typically concentric, thus can be differentiated from internal prolapsing hemorrhoids that tend to have separation between cushions and inflammation
Rectal polyp
Rectal or anal cancer
Hypertrophied anal papilla (polypoid structure at pectinate line)
External skin tag
鈥揜edundant fold of tissue along the external anal margin
Perirectal abscess
Anal fissure or fistula
Rectal varices
鈥揇evelop secondary to portal hypertension
Rectal cavernous hemangioma

You see that it's nearly impossible to make the diagnosis yourself!
Go to a gastroenterologist ASAP!
Good luck!
