Is it unhealthy? |
To go #2 every 3 days as one big one? Some people warned me that I could get intestinal cancer through this, but are there really risks with this? Please don't criticize cuz its Yahoo and I dont care To have a bowel movement every 3 days is still considered normal. To go more than 3 days could be dangerous. I have not heard of this causing intestinal cancer. Try taking an over the counter stool softner, like colace. It should help you go but not make you have diarrhea. I think your fine, sounds normal. You may get hemorrhoids from straining (if you do), Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? That might speed things up a bit. |
