Can a burst ovarian cyst put you in intensive care? |
hi can a burst ovarian cyst hospitalise you and put you in intensive care? If it spills it's contents all over your abdomen and it twists or damages your ovary, yes it can be severe and you may need emergency surgery to drain the fluid, however not too sure that it could put you in intensive care. Wow, well, normally they don't cause that kind of a situation. Having additional problems, such as infection or a torqueing of the ovary or multiple cysts might make a woman feel incredibly ill. |
