Equipment for neonatal intensive care?

We are opening a Level II NICU. I need to know what people think are the best monitors, incubators, etc. If you can even suggest a manufacturer. I know the Neo-Puff is very popular right now.
Any thoughts on that?

I don't have an answer to your question, but I wanted to say, "Thank you for asking an important question!" I am not a nurse in a NICU, but I do ultrasound in a Level I NICU. I really have no idea about what the brands of the equipment are that they use, but there definitely are things that work and things that don't. Some of the isolets are not user friendly to doing what you need to do with the baby when your hands are through the holes. This makes a big difference in how much back pain you can be in by the end of the day.. There is an isolet that the top completely opens up, and it still regulates the temperature so that you can work with the baby easily.

I will pay more attention at work tomorrow and see if I can come up with some suggestions for you.
