How can I feel compassion for my husband in intensive care?

He tore a 3 inch hole in h is rectum while masturbating. Now he is in the hospital, out of work, with a colostomy bag.

First of all if you love your husband you will have compassion for him, after all he is the one who if asked has to tell is friends how it happend, but all men masterbate its normal it may hurt our feelings but it if a fact of their life. As women we have our down sides just like men for example my down side is I get very bitchy when I get tired and yes I take it out on my man because he is there, long story short your man has a life time of embarrassment ahead of himself already give him a break he is your husband because you love him right?

OH GOD lol that's funny =D

OMG that is so gross. God help him

I'd ask myself "Why were you doing that instead of having relations with me?" Obviously, there was something missing at home...

Well, while I do understand you are probably upset I do believe the quote is "in sickness and in health". That would be enough for me.

I am so sorry for him and I don't even know him. Why would you not feel compassion? He had an accident. Admittedly it was while he was masturbating but he's still your husband and needs you more than ever right now. If he likes to put things up there, why should it change anything to your feelings? He just has special sexual needs. You should be thankful he's not into children or something sick like that!

Hey, the feller did his part not to cheat on ya since he couldn't rely on you for sex. Next time, give him 5 to 10 minutes when he's horny instead of giving time to the television.
