Insulin resistance diet? |
Has anyone had any luck with the "Insulin Resistance Diet"? I'm currently reading the book by Cheryle R. Hart, M.D. and Mary Kay Grossman, R.D. If you have had luck, do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks! I am actually insulin resistant, which is why I'm trying this diet. your basically making yourself having type 2 diabetes. It's the same diet for people who are insulin resitant. I think it's gonna be bad just by the name. It'll might be good because it is very healthy. I don't know i'd try it. |
