What's the best diet for Insulin Resistance? |
For someone who has been diagnosed with insulin resistance in relation to PCOS, and is on insulin, what is the best diet to follow to help the insulin do it's job? Proteins! cheese, milk, meat(grilled, dont fry it). Have small portions every 3-5 hours, include balanced meals like: a little of vegetables, a little fruit, milk, meat....Just think balance. You should also try to exercise. |
