How can someone who has been diagnosed with insulin resistance lose weight without taking medications? |
Need to lose weight, but not taking any medications for the insulin resistance. I will start walking again and monitoring my food intake (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) but what else can I do to lose the weight. Currently I am not a diabetic. From my understanding it supposely very hard for someone who is insulin resistance to lose weight. Go on a diabetic diet. You can find a book on the subject at the library. |
