Maybe grape peel's "resveratrol" could help insulin resistance? |
Realizing that we type 2 diabetics could use a little help in the insulin sensitivity department, I found these articles quite interesting. I'm not prepared to drink 3 liters of red wine a day, so I was wondering if anyone had tried any of the alternatives that are available. Comments welcome too. Hey Mister Peachy, VERY INTERESTING.. No first i have heard of it ,but any thing is worth a go. |
